Such a bummer U2 was playing at Levi stadium just 4 miles down the road from me last night

Felt bad about leaving our cat Callie at the vet's overnight--she was supposed to have urine taken for a urinalysis to see if her bladder infection had cleared up, but she didn't have enough to draw it. Hopefully they will get what they need in the morning, and I will be able to bring her home. I love that grumpy little calico so much!

I am glad to have Saturday off & will enjoy spending it with a good friend at work. We have a number of things that we are planning to do!

There is a HUGE (about the size of a 50 cent piece, including its legs) wolf spider in the living room. Every time MrPurrl tries to catch it and put it outside, it scuttles back under the baseboard. It can stay there!

P.S. Miss Callie's home from the vet and doing well. Thanks! We spent a couple of hours of quality time with her on my lap this evening.
