have another hit.....of fresh air!:applaud::wave:

( I had tickets to see QMS. I get to the venue, and the promoter
says "sorry folks, QMS just broke up in the dressing room."
....the replacement act was Peter Green! :applaud:)

I am envious! Since you mentioned that quote the other day, I've been thinking of the song a lot, so I had to play it on youtube again tonight.

Oh yep, I did mention it. lol! It was a pleasant surprise. I expected to see
QMS. The promoter comes out and says, "the band won't be playing tonight..
they just broke up in the dressing room." I was bummed. Then as an after
thought he says, "Peter Green is with us tonight instead." :applaud:
He was amazing! The band consisted of Cozy Powell on drums, Erroneous on bass, the violinist dude from ELO, and Peter Green guitar and vocals.
Fresh Air is a good tune! The only hit QMS had?

Gone Again - Quicksilver Messenger Service (from the "Just for Love"
album which has "Fresh Air" on it. Thanks to MsPurl, I got in the mood
to listen to the album)

Where The Streets Have No Name - U2 (specifically from my first U2 show at Notre Dame, October 10, 2001 - listened to it while I was walking on the treadmill, and it's stuck with me - I hope they never drop that from their concert set list)
