Nice that Munro and Henry keep trying here, but it's futile.

You know in T20 you would almost back this chase. Let's have a miracle!

I could have batted those last three.

I could have... not.

New idea for a comedy series: 30 minutes per week of me trying to bat and field.

The last episode allows me a minute of bowling to regain some dignity.

Ian seems to be dead. I guess that means it's Prince of Persia time for me, or something. Even though I finally beat it. Would be nice to get a faster time. More sentence fragments. Yes.

Flatmate: "Why are your board shorts always ugly?"
Me: "Have you seen me, I like to keep a theme going"
Flatmate: "Oh stop it, you're fine, trust me"
Me: "Stop it and just flip me into the water again"
:half drowns, loses glasses, phone...:

I give up on understanding things. Nor caring about them.

At this point you're just asking for it.

Well, see ya John Key. Not sad to see you go; I just wish your party were walking out the door with you.

I've always found it surprising that he has been so widely liked. I'm told he comes across as charismatic in person, but on telly he has all the excitement of watching cardboard. I expect that in the long term he will be remembered without warmth as a stable but unspectacular PM, a man whose achievements are modest. What can you point to? Marriage equality? Would have happened sooner if Labour and the Greens were in power, and only happened thanks to them anyway. Christchurch recovery? Fuck me he put Gerry Brownlee in charge, which is almost criminal. The economy? Anybody who says that clearly has no grasp on homelessness in Auckland.
