Today really hurting when I try to move around. My knees, hips and back really ache.

I was pretty much Ok tilli had to take my sister to the airport then my glasses broke.

Oh know Carek. Hope that your glasses can be fixed.

I was woken up with some muscle spams on my right hip. I still had a couple of muscle relaxers, but the were not very helpful. Called my doctor , and he as given me something else, and I do hope it helps.
