I over did it today doing some cleaning.

Started at the Wellness Center today, and did not last to long on the bike. My trainer told me with my history of what's going on with me, is to take things slow.

I am really hurting. I think I really need to pay closer attention to my diet because I can tell my inflammation level is not good at all.

I can not do real intense exercising

I’m ok. I managed to get a number of things done today. I was so sad driving past the intersection where yesterday a driver on purpose mowed down pedestrians with his car here in Sunnyvale. Nine people were badly hurt. My hometown. Right down the street from my home. Too much of these types of horrendous acts acts happening.
