Hoping that the 2nd epidural steroid injection that I got yesterday will help me.

Cramping but otherwise tired and pretty upset still at the nasty text messages my mom’s hairdresser/friend sent me .... she’s a hot head and was likely drunk but shouldn’t have directed her anger at me

Pretty sad just hearing news that a guy I dated in high school has died of brain cancer.....his sister lost everything including 2 cats in the fires in Paradise CA last year, lost her mom January 2019, lost her husband Thanksgiving 2017 and now her brother.

A good day at having PT!

Kind of nostalgic. Today would’ve been my 43rd wedding anniversary. I’m missing my dad who died 26 yrs ago 8/12 and his 85th birthday would’ve been tomorrow....tough couple of August days filled with memories.

I am sorry Carek1230: having to go through the anniversary of your father's death is tough. You're not alone, though. Just cherish those special memories of him.

Today I have been working on the computer: I do a lot of work online.

Thanks, MissCandyGirl. I definitely cherish the good memories. I’m so lucky to have many of those. Today aside from enduring the heat, it was a good day.
