I use the same site, then convert the flv file to mp3

I have also downloaded a free FLV player that plays the flv vids I get from You Tube or Google Video. FLV files are much smaller than other video formats like avi and you don't have to convert the files in order to watch them on your computer. Just drag the file into the FLV player and it should work.
