"Winter" DVD audio to an iPod?

..so I bought the No Line box set and want to put "Winter" from the Linear DVD in my iPod (I don't care about the video; I just want the song).

Any suggestions for this technologically-retarded Mac user?

whats a good program for this for Mac? i used to use the one COBL said but i recently defected to the CrackBook...

I use OSEx to rip and MPEG Streamclip to export the audio to WAV.
