what's the best way to pop off laptop keys?

i think i need to clean under my "a" key as it skips typing every now and then.
i've never taken keys off a laptop keyboard before.
just how easy is it to pop those little suckers off and should i use something like a screwdriver to pop it off with?
i want to clean it, not break it, heehee!

Be really careful with those little fuckers...it ain't like taking a flathead screwdriver to your normal keyboard keys for popping them off. I actually had to order a replacement laptop keyboard because I broke one doing this. They are really fragile so be gentle.

Yes they have little plastic tabs on each side that hold them in place and these pieces are all thinner than a sewing needle. Can you use an air compressor and just blast out whatever is under there?

i would used compressed air if i could find it over here!
still haven't popped the key off yet, too skerd haha!
it seems to be getting a little better though.
