Yeah Trillian. It's a bit gawkier but I like the features a lot and it can be made very barebones.

That means it could be Pure Evil.

You know what? I'm in this part of the forum right now because I clicked on the moved link. But to be completely honest, without looking at the links at the top of the page, I wouldn't know where the hell I was.

A dark and lonely place, GG, where few people rome. You need to take the law into your own hands in the Technik to survive. Keep your head low and watch out for the sand creatures :uhoh:

Norton Antivirus - It better be working!
LAN - No connection, folks.
Quicktime - WTF, why is that open?
Sound - I have no more lame jokes to add.
Battery - Currently operating at 19%! I better plug it in, considering how my battery was one of the brands listed as a possible "exploding device."

You do know you can disable that blinking mail alert thing that shows up on AIM, right? :tsk:

Right-click > QuickTime preferences > Advanced tab > uncheck 'Install QuickTime icon in the system tray'

This is my work one:
systray.gif

GroupWise 7.0 (e-mail and scheduling), PrintKey, Webroot Spysweeper, Volume, Remote Management, iPrint, Symantec AV, Novell Desktop Management, Novell NetWare Client. All those things are standard for our WinXP Pro image.

My home laptop died, but it had volume, Symantec AV, and my wireless connection. I can't stand programs in the systray when they're not being used.
