Feeling the sunlight on my face.
I have a 20 second video that's size is some ungodly amount like 38MB.. Is there a way to compress it so that I can email it? Surely there's a way, 20 seconds and 38MB just aint right lol.

For what it's worth, it's saved as mpeg format and i have VideoImpression software as well as the standard Windows Movie Maker and Player if there's something I can do with one of those or if there's some other way.

Thanks

Import it into Windows Movie Maker, and add it to the timeline.
Then select "Save To My Computer" and follow the wizard until you get to the Movie Setting tab. There, you can select the amount of compression to use from a drop-down box - e.g. Video For LAN (1 Mbps).

I just finished mine in MovieMaker. It was 210MB and is now less than 40MB. I can't even tell a difference in quality. There were different choices for exporting the movie. I just clicked on each and checked the "estimated file size" until I found one that suited me. Now I can upload it to YouTube because it's below the size limit.
