Symantec auto update

Ok, I've had Norton uninstalled for months, and every now and then I see this little icon :

And This Shows up on the screen if you click on it:

So As I said, I dont have Norton installed, and I do believe this could be running up my download limit (as it runs countless times per day)

Any ideas of how I can stop this?

You should be able to uninstall Live Update from the Control Panel. Both Symantec and Norton use Live Update, but it shows up as a seperate program.

Otherwise, you can always run msconfig, find where it's running at startup and make it stop.
