Printer Drivers

Printer driver disappeared. So I downloaded new driver--via Windows, then
via Epson site, then via Device Doctor. Windows 7 wouldn't let me install any of them. Sigh. Any advice?

Did it work before? At work we have a number of desktop printers and scanners that just don't have Windows 7 or compatible drivers.

If it worked previously, System Restore to that date?

How old is your printer? You might want to check on your firewall if it's impeding the download process or do a system restore.

Printer is about a year old, same as computer. It did work before. I attempted a System Restore, but it did some weird things to my computer so I restored it back. I'll check firewall. Thanks, though, to both of you.
