My husband plays City of Villians/Heroes and was having a ball until we re-installed Norton. I know most people opinion on Norton but it worked really well before. Once we re-installed (it was about to expire) his game ran really slowly when changing scenes but was playable. A computer boffin told us to take Norton off and use Zone Alarm. Once we did this all hell broke loose in our house. Now the game will let you log in but will take so long to load the game that it kicks him off completely. We've tried most of the usual tricks like de-fragmenting, getting rid of old games/programs etc, changed the virtual memory, no other applications running etc. We got a man to look at it and they said that it worked in the shop but no joy here! (don't know if I really trust this bloke)
