Naming Music/Artwork on iPod

Is there any reliable software out there compatible for any iPod that names song tracks and able to download album artwork.

I was going to give you link for the program that I use...but they have canceled the rights to allow lyrics to be shared???!!!

Was it a third party software or something licensed by Apple or iTunes

yup

I have a "widget" on my MacBook's Dashboard and when ever I played a song, it would automatically download the lyrics to my iTunes library.
