Help my computer (lap top) has crashed! 
I'm using my Dad's mini computer at the moment. I can get the lap top to start up but then it just stops, freezes, I can't get onto the internet or open any of my files or do anything! Any helpful tibs on what I can try to recover my comptuer before having to it take it off the repair shop would be much appreciated, thanks!
