monitor display is sideways - help!

i have a new laptop with windows vista. i went to sleep last night and everything was fine. i woke up this morning and the monitor is now showing everything on it's side. i've tried to find where to fix it in the settings but i can't - if you know how to fix it please help

Try this;

*Press menu on the monitor (If you have this)
*Scroll, til you get to OSM
*"change" to position until it rotates

I forgot about this thread - I was still and hungover. I have no idea what I did that made the monitor do that but it hurt like hell to look at it till I got it sorted.
