Keyboard problems

My laptop is only a few months old. Every so often i'll be in the middle of typing a sentence and the keyboard completely stops working.


I can use the mouse fine but none of the keys work until i turn the comp off and start it up again.

Any suggestions?

If its only a few months old, I'm sure its under warranty... call the manufacturer or store you purchased it at immediately.

I just got off the phone with them.

He said it was a software issue and he helped me clean the startup Too many things running in the background

If it isnt' the problem at least the complaint is on file so I should be able to get it repaired if it keeps happening.
