iTunes Podcast Question

Hi, I'm currently building a new PC, and just wondering, i'd like to be able to keep all my podcasts (audio podcasts) , is there a way I can transfer them over to my new pc...probably a stupid question, but I'd like to know....thanks.

1.Copy them to a Floppy CD/DVD
2.Copy them to a thumb drive
3.Upload the files to YSI or m e g a u p l o a d or s a v e f i l e or any place like that and then d/l them on the new comp.
4.Configure the computer the podcasts are currently on with the computer you are building in a LAN and transfer the files that way

I didnt know where they saved to once they were downloaded...well that was a stupid question.
