ipod converting

does anyone have a link to a great ipod video converter ? I have downloaded and tried a couple of programs but when playing the videos back in my ipod the music & action don't sync ...there is a bout a two second delay

will this converter work for my problem too?
i tried putting videos into my iPOD. the files are in QuickTime format. when i put them into iTunes and i click the "Convert to iPOD selection" thingy, the videos are converted into MPEG-4 format.
now the videos are playing, but MISSING the audio... at all...

Down Under, if i can't use the converter you gave, do you know any other that i could use?

This is the one I use and I have had no problems with it so far. Thus I have not looked for others and cannot recommend anything else.

I believe (and hope so) you should not have any problems with it.
