Internet Security 2010 virus

Hi all,
Has anyone had to deal with this virus???? I am having a very hard time getting rid of it and I cannot afford to go to a tech to get this fixed. I was able to log on earlier this morning and use a malware program to try to get rid of it. Now when I try to log on it logs me right back off. I'm so aggravated right now. I need this computer for everything. I am hoping someone can help me.

Try what they recommend get malwarebytes I use that program a lot it works great!
