I deleted Word from my computer

I deleted 'word' from my computer a few days ago by mistake and i need it now! I don't mean anything fancy like 'microsoft word 2003 or 2007' or anything like that. Just the basic one that comes with your pc(under accesories i think). Anybody got any idea how i get it back or a link where i can download it for free again?

Are you talking about "word Pad" located in accessories? If so, did you just delete the shortcut or the actual program? shortcut points to here on my machine: "C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe" . Might still be there and you can copy the shortcut back to where you want it.

Oooohhhhhh crap! That happened to me but only once. I learned the hard way not to do that. Good luck re-loading and getting back to normal!

Do you have an installation cd of Microsoft Office? if so, Word is in that, just reinstall that cd
