How do I make a ringtone out of this Edge solo?

I know this is a long shot, but does anyone know how to make ringtones for cell phones? How AWESOME would it be to have your cell phone play this little guitar solo riff of "Streets" by Edge? (Fast forward about 2/3 of the way through the video to hear Edge playing his "favorite U2 riff")

you can,download an mp3 cutter and you can select the segment of the song u want,and save it as you wish,ive done it with zooropa bit!!!

sound forge is good for cutting up songs.. I havent made a ringtone but even if you have a live version of a song and dont want the hand claping or whatever its good to cut it off
