I use a free program called lavasoft ad-aware. And I keep getting attacked by 2 programs, one is called spy falcon, and the other one is called ad aware sherrif, anyone know how to get rid of these horrible things?

Run the scan once or twice in Safe Mode. It's possible Adaware is finding the files but can't delete/quarantine them because they are running at the time of the scan. Also, have you updated Adaware recently? Anti-virus and spyware programs are only as good as their latest definition file.

search and destroy is pretty good. that's what i use in addition to adaware.
also, right before you turn your computer off, you should delete all your cookies and all your history and temporary interney files [located all in "internet options" in control panel]. that way, spyware isn't on your computer for too long, and it can't be tracked.
i had MAJOR problems with spyware on my computer until i started deleting all my cookies and temp internet files every day. it really helps.
