FTP for MAC

Hi guys can anyone recommend me a ftp for mac to transfer files to my website?

I tried two at download.com but they have a .sit not .dmg so it asks me for an application to open it and I don't know which so any help would be really appreciated thanks

.sit is for StuffIt, a free Mac compression utility like Windows WinZip or WinRar.

thanks liesje still getting around with MAC, so I need to download or buy this program or get another ftp that isn't compressed.

I think Cute FTP makes a Mac version. I use Smart FTP, but Cute FTP is pretty much the same. Or, I use the FTP add-on in FireFox, so maybe Mac FireFox has the same add-on?

My wife uses Fetch for FTP stuff on the Mac, but I don't have any idea how good it is.
