free web hosting?

anyone know of any good sites that offer this? i'm sure there will be ads which is fine of course. i don't have enough cash to justify paying for monthly hosting so that doesn't bother me. the site i'm using and have used for like...god, 12 or 13 years is doing away with their free hosting, sadly.

This is my brother's free Weebly site, but I think he pays for the domain? (granted he is NOT a computer person and can't spell, but I think he could do a lot worse considering)
