Firefox PC help right now

A friend's Firefox on her PC has lost the toolbar and the home icon along with the back button. I speak Mac and so I can't help her very much in the next hour. Can you help? I've looked at the Firefox page for help, but I can't even get to the part of the homepage they want me to get to. My God, I despise PCs.

No. The friend unchecked the navigation bar. She had also hidden something else I had to find before I could find when to check. My friend helped me out.
