Downloading doesn't work

Every time i download music and I need to extract it so I can listen or watch a show or song, I have to use UnRarX.

I don't know how to work the application because I have a feeling it does not even work.

Is there any other application I can get to use instead of UnRarX for mac?

winzip is pretty easy to use.

There should be a default utility to unzip on a mac...I did download something seperate for RARs but I cant for the life of me find it...

Did you install your programme properly? and you have it set so you know where the unzipped files end up?

StuffIt is on the Mac OS I believe

I had trouble with .rar files using StuffIt, but unRARx works just fine.

I had to download the Expander, but it works on things I need it to work on.

i just use the default mac program for zip files, and unrarx for rar files. works fine for me.
