If you have Sound Forge or a similar audio editing program, it can record from your sound card.

There's also a free program: Mp3 My Mp3 Recorder 2, which I haven't used.

mp4 is the ipod video format. What you need is something to convert flash video or .fla to mp3. I use Videora to convert fla to mp4, but I checked and it doesn't look like it does mp3. Sorry I can't help!
Unless you want the mp4, in which case, I'd be happy to convert it for you.
