Create a site or blogg?

Hi everybody...well i will start aying that i´m a idiot person for internet stuff and i need you guys help to create a site??well acctually at frist i need to know the difference betwen site and blog?

A "blog" is a name for a type of a web site - a web log. Probably the easiest is to install a free CMS (content management system) on your web domain, like Nucleus, Droopal, Word Press, etc. I use Nucleus for my blogs. They all come with dozens of skins/themes to choose from, which you can customize depending on your knowledge of CSS and whatever "languages" are used.

Likewise, there are multiple sites that offer decent free CSS templates for making your own website. Just Google "free CSS template". I think Google and Go Daddy also have some site builder utilities.
