Camera Touch screen issues

I have a Sony DSC T200 and it has that big touch screen on the back. I do my best to take care of my camera.. but lately I have found that the screen is showing the pictures badly.. not that it's taking bad pictures. But reviewing them on the camera is hindered by the fact that there are these shiny dots (I assume that are part of the touch screen) over where the picture is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if it's a nudge to a site or something.
