Any way to transfer this video to a DVD?

I am a computer idiot so I'm hoping someone might know how I could do this-

There is a video I found online that we would like to get on a DVD so we can play it on our big tv. The address is here:

These are the only places I have found it online after a brief search. Is there anyway I can maybe save this like a file and then copy to a dvd?

I'm trying to at least capture the file and then see if I could get it into DVD format, no luck yet though.
