Any IT people out there who can help me?!?

Everything was working fine on Monday. Then Yesterday I was browsing and all of a sudden I lost connection. I tried to sign in again and it says it's timed out at the moment. I looked at my modem and all the green lights are on. I unplugged the modem to reset it and also refreshed the Cache and it still wont let me sign in.

EDIT: sorry I thought you meant dial-up, but I'm guessing you're referring to the cable/dsl modem?

Try repairing the connection. You can either right click on the LAN connection and choose "Repair", or open a command prompt and type ipconfig /release [hit Enter] and then type ipconfig /renew [hit Enter]

What's your IP address after doing this? Can other computers get online? Are you using wireless?
