another stupid question

ok. ive downloaded about 6 shows from u2start when i downloaded them the file was .rar

how do i change to mp3 what conerter do i use? what do i need to do?

".rar" is a zipped file. You have to unzip the file first. A zipped file usually compacts many songs/files into one giant file.
