Apparently Triumph might be an exception, because some are saying that Triumph actually belongs to Robert Smigel and not NBC.
He addressed this last night, but neither confirmed nor denied it.

Leno's one NBC joke tonight was a blatant rip-off of Colbert's joke from last night. That's always fun.

He's a likable guy, but I have to agree. I watched a couple recent episodes with all the fuss. Every time one of his monologue jokes didn't go over well, he started doing his Russian dance, arms waving. I guess people think that's funny?

Conan apparently intentionally used a bunch of licensed material on his show to run up NBC's bill.

Today was Pure.Comedy.Gold. I can't remember when I've laughed so much as I did during tonight's Conan. Everyone HAS to see the Bugatti Mouse bit...gawker.com has been doing recaps of the late night shows and they've got a clip of this skit.

And now it is revealed that Sandler and Farley were fired by SNL fifteen years ago.

Conan Presents the Bugatti Mouse | Driving Sports

I don't get how that bit cost 1.5 million?

Sure the rights to 'Satisfaction' cost some money

but the Bugatti? is he suggesting that he made NBC buy it?

It seems to me Bugatti would loan the car and pay for such a prominent product placement on a highly watched show that will gets tons of replays everywhere.
