Good to see David, however briefly. Like GAF said, the Scrabble cow bit was good. This was the most I've enjoyed a Michael character in a while. So yeah, solid ep in a surprisingly solid season.

just watched their meeting out-of-context on youtube... i reckon it would have been funnier if they didn't get along.

Oh, man. I loved that moment between Michael and Holly on the roof. Carell was damn good in that scene.

Ready...set...DIE!

That was a thoroughly entertaining episode. Carell continues to hit the right notes this season, and it was nice seeing some old faces. Especially Ann Perkins Karen Filippelli.

Who is Justice Beaver?

Also, Mindy Kaling said on Twitter the other day that she was directing "Goodbye Michael Part 1" this week.

Alright, the proposal scene was fucking great. Definitely tugged on the heart there a bit.

The show still knows how to make those big moments work, and make them poignant, and true. At least for me.

Congrats, Office writers. And congrats, Michael Scott.

Did anyone else get a little dust in their eyes tonight?

I have no clue how this show is going to survive without Steve Carell.
