Great episode last night. I was cringing during every moment with the family owned printer. I wonder if Michael will redeem himself. The Hillary Swank debate was awesome, especially Stanley's argument.

I thought last night's was weak, like the last few. Having 30 Rock blow it out of the water each week doesn't help.

Oh shit, I'm becoming the Muldfeld of 30 Rock.

I thought the parts with Michael were sub-par. I liked the stuff with the others, the Hilary Swank debate. That was great.

The less Michael-centric episodes, the better. The show does far better when Michael's not the focus.

I think Dwight called Michael a socialist because he liked iHop, which I found funny.

Other than that, meh.

I actually did not like the last episode, there was something missing about it. I felt that it did not seem like a normal episode.

btw, the episode was written by "Ryan".

He's also written some great episodes like "Diversity Day," "Initiation" (the first trip to Schrute Farm), and "Local Ad" (where the animal sex watermark was on the paper), so there's that.

Isn't Local Ad the one where Michael makes the commercial? I think the animal sex watermark was different.

The animal sex watermark episode is "Product Recall." It's also the one where Jim impersonates Dwight as the cold open. :D

You're correct, I was looking at the Wiki page and swapped them around, for whatever reason. Both are solid episodes though... even if "Product Recall" is funnier overall.

I missed the beginning of the episode, so I'll have to go back and watch the whole thing tomorrow. All I'll say is that Creed killed me again.

I thought it was a pretty good episode. Michael's rapid-fire put downs of the entire office at the end was great.

"BOOM! Roasted."

Also, Dwight taking the knife to the CPR dummy.

Dwight: "You short pathetic man. You have no friends, no family, and no land!"
Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration: "YEAH!"

I'm a total Jim/Pam sucker so, of course, loved the part at the end where Pam said her kids would know their parents were soulmates.

Great episode. Stanley was fantastic throughout.

More Jim/Pam bullshit where you think they're going to hit a rough patch but it's resolved by the end of the episode. The writers need to stop doing this.

This show is really seeing a rapid decline in quality.

oh man, last night's episode really had me going!

one of my favorite scenes included the meditation session facilitated by michael: michael is leading the chant as everyone, including Meredith, files into the room ... Meredith proceeds to sit down indian style in front of michael and all of the sudden Michael's "ooooommmmmm" turns to, "ooommmm ... my god, if you're wearing a dress please keep your knees together nobody wants to see that ommmmmmmm ...
