Great underrated actor

I haven't seen 2012, only the coming attractions. Looks great! It's on my list...

It's the mother of all disaster movies and Cusack is one of the heroes

(from what I've seen in the previews) it's funny how Cusack is going to get away and just a *few* actually get to get off the planet. Is that how it goes! Always rooting for Cusack :>

2012 is awful.

I kind of stopped liking Cusack after High Fidelity. I loved the book, but in the movie the lead character just made me want to punch him repeatedly.

Okay, everyone has a right to his/her opinion. Try the newer flicks, Identity, Conair, Grace is Gone, etc...if you can stomach it!

That is hilarious. 1997 was only yesterday. I think if you asked someone to name a John Cusack movie, it sure as Hell wouldn't be Con Air. That was a Nic Cage vehicle.

My favorite John Cusack movie is Better Off Dead.

I love disaster movies. I think Dante's Peak is the ultimate in hitting all the required tropes and clichés. 2012 gets ridiculous with the airplanes dodging skyscrapers, casinos, subway trains, and volcanic ash clouds.

The beginning and end of 2012 is engrossing to me. The hypothetical response of world leaders to the global threat and the ark sequence. Oliver Platt is perfect in his role as is Woody Harrelson.

Yes, just yesterday. Gotta give props to Nicholas Cage.

I kinda agree with you on BOD, it's a Cult movie if you like Cusack...
