There's an Elseworlds Batman comic inspired by Nosferatu, and one with Superman inspired by Metropolis. Badass.

The 90's Animated Series was awesome. The comic book cartoons were generally great when I was a kid with the Batman, X-Men and Spider-man series.

Yeah, I loved, loved, loved all three of those shows. And they're still pretty much the the basis for all of my comic book knowledge. Never got into actually buying/reading the things but, god dammit, those cartoons were badass.

Those three cartoons were really great. Batman was definitely my favorite though. As a fan of the comics, it strikes the perfect balance between humor and seriousness through its entire run.
