i will say at the outset that i adore everything about Slumdog. and while this is boring as shit, i am happy that a movie i like and is of very high quality is getting awards.

the big acting awards should be interesting. Meryl or Kate? Sean or Mickey?

that's the only suspense we've got.

I'd look that way too if I was forced to spend time with vanessa whatshertxtingingnakedpictures.

It's kinda baffling they are still "together."

*cough*Not that I watched a pop-up video style version of HSM 2 or anything*cough*

Yeah, honestly, I'm not really upset Slumdog is sweeping (aside from the fact we're getting a sweep at all; it makes for boring television), as it's just a terrible year for movies anyway. It's no Crash, that's for damn sure.

I've been studying for midterms all weekend but figured I deserved four hours off to be snarky with fellow interferencers.

Glad you're joining us for the last stretch.

Oooh, hello, Liam.

i enjoyed him kicking ass in the super-reactionary "Taken," which i read should have been titled, "Not Without My Daughter's Hymen Intact." and it should have been.

Hey man, the economy's really really bad and Hollywood had to even pare things down a bit.

Brad and Angie made their babysitter work for peanuts.
