I gave up on this show. It just didnt' interest me. Never really did, but I tried. I do like Anna Torv and I hope she comes to do silly things to me sometime.

She didn't open it. William Bell did.

Also, you could see that twist at the end coming a mile away.

I'm not sure Bell opened it. The whole show Walter was saying that Olivia could open it a crack but she didn't have the power to do it by herself. Bell said that they should create a cosmic door jam. Walter said that could work, but Olivia still needed more power and then Bell finally said that he would be the power. That still meant that Olivia needed to open the door.

And yes, the twist was utterly foreseeable. I was hoping for an Alias type season ender.

Bell said that he could open this stuff at whim because of all his traveling back and forth. I think he made the issue of Olivia's power moot. All that was needed was their doorstop contraption.

I don't think that Bell said that. He said that he'd traveled back and forth so many times that every atom in his body was like an atom bomb ... and that the human body has as man atoms as the sky has stars.

Duh.

And yes, that ending was absolutely Captain Obvious.

So I'm guessing the part Billy cut out of Walter's brain was the soulless evil bastard part? The part that Walternate obviously still has?

The season finale wasn't anything spectacular, but it was adequate.

Next year will be interesting. I like what an asshole Walternet is.

I absolutely love this show. I knew what was coming a mile away but it made for great tv. Not every show has to have an omgwtfwasthat cliffhanger you know. It's a show worth watching and I hope more people watch it. There's so much going on in every scene that you have to watch it again. Like what's the deal with the color red in the alternate universe?

Anyways, I have to say I like Walternet. What an evil bastard.

I have watched most of this on a 15 inch computer screen
I missed it on TV, I will try to catch the rest on TV

it is one of the better series on network TV.

For what could be really a hokey, pseudo-science show (like SyFy channel), they handle it very well and the acting is quite good.

I hope it survives next season, or that they get a LOST-like finality to it.

that would be very disappointing

this show has set parameters
and so far, remained true to them.
