According to the tabloids (which always tell the truth) Manson and Von Teese are apparently going into a custody battle... Over their cats

 I wonder how many thousands of dollars will be spent on this in legal fees?!!!!!!!!

Didn't Scarlett also date Jared Leto? Hmmm..

When Justin Timberlake, 25, was casting the femme fatale for his new $1 million video, "What Goes Around," the singer – who was on the rocks with 34-year-old girlfriend Cameron Diaz -- went after one actress: Scarlett Johansson. And Johansson readily agreed, an odd choice for the seasoned thespian who’s known for her careful film choices.

But not if you have a crush on the leading man, says a pal of Johansson.

“Scarlett has always liked Justin. They’ve always had a flirtation – that’s why Cameron was threatened by her.”

With good reason. The decision to cast the 20-year-old as the video vixen pushed Timberlake's relationship with Diaz to the breaking point, and paved the way for Johansson to move in for the kill.

“She could not believe he went behind her back to put her in the video," says a Timberlake pal. "Cameron was very jealous of Scarlett.”

Adds the source, “they definitely got together after she did the video.”

Indeed, sources in both stars’ inner circles tell Us the couple are in the beginning stages of a relationship and excited to get to know each other.

I kind of like Scarlett for the simple fact that she doesn't appear to conduct herself in public like many of the starlets her age (yes, you Lindsay Lohan). Having said that, I think referring to her as a"seasoned thespian" may be a bit of a stretch. I don't think she's a particularly good actress, although everyone else seems to think so.

nuttin' but a golddigger...

LATEST: SIR PAUL McCARTNEY has reportedly agreed to a £32 million ($63 million) divorce settlement with his estranged wife HEATHER MILLS, after a bitter six month battle over the former BEATLE's vast fortune.
McCartney split from his second wife Mills in May last year (06) after four years of marriage, and began divorce proceedings in July (06).
The 64-year-old has allegedly agreed to hand over his £4 million ($7.8 million) home in St John's Wood, London to the former model, as well as his £6 million ($11.8 million) mansion in Beverly Hills, California, according to British newspaper News Of The World.
The out-of-court settlement means McCartney will never have to publicly defend himself against Mills' claims of physical abuse while she was pregnant with their daughter BEATRICE in 2003, as stated in court papers filed by the 39-year-old's legal team.

I wish Paul had defended himself against those accusations he physically abused Heather. I never did believe them and I felt Heather was just looking to tarnish Paul's image.

Anne Heche has filed for a divorce.

Correction: she has separated from her husband of 5 years...only the headline mentioned divorce.

How awful

I like Wynonna- more heartbreak for her, especially considering what he's accused of :|

Wynonna Judd filed for divorce Tuesday from her estranged husband, D.R. Roach, she announced in a statement on her Web site.

According to the statement, Roach was arrested on March 22 in Abilene, Texas, and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a minor.

"I am obviously devastated," Judd, 42, says on her site. "Our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully – by the Grace of God – become stronger.

"We will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation."

The statement also says Roach had been seeking treatment for drug and alcohol addiction at the Shades of Hope Treatment Center in Buffalo Gap, Texas, since Feb. 21.

The divorce complaint, filed by Judd's attorney, cites irreconcilable differences and says the couple are "unable to live together successfully as husband and wife," The Tennessean reports.

According to the Abilene (Texas) Reporter-News, Roach, 49, is being held on $750,000 bail in a Texas jail after his arrest on Thursday in Abilene. He is wanted as a fugitive from justice in Tennessee on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 13, the Reporter-News says.

Judd and Roach, her longtime security director and road manager, were married in Nov. 22, 2003 in Tennessee. It was the second marriage for both.

Wow- I was just looking at the gorgeous photos of their wedding in People.

Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds have called it quits just two weeks after their intimate wedding, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

"After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further," Murphy and Edmonds tell PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. "While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends.”

The couple exchanged vows in a sunset ceremony on New Year's Day on a private island off Bora Bora in French Polynesia. But, according to a source, the honeymoon got off to a rocky start.

"Eddie started yelling at Tracey in front of people," says one of Edmonds's wedding guests. "He did it on a few occasions and it was very embarrassing."

Since the couple's nuptials took place in a foreign country, the wedding was purely ceremonial – not legal. Murphy, 46, and Edmonds, 40, originally said they planned to have a legal ceremony in the United States, but that is now off.

Murphy and Edmonds started dating in the fall of 2006 and got engaged last July.

Maybe Eddie's jealous of all the attention Britney's getting in the press and he wants some of the limelight for himself so he set the whole wedding/breakup thing up as a ploy.

The NY Post claims Eddie wanted his mother to go on the honeymoon with them

Tracey Edmonds broke up with Eddie Murphy right before they were about to make their Bora Bora wedding legal because Murphy became bossy and physically intimidating, and insisted his mother accompany them on their honeymoon. "That was kind of the last straw," said a friend of the beautiful bride. "She was happy to sign a prenup - she has her own money. She was very accommodating. But then it was like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Eddie became very controlling and they got into a huge fight. He started screaming at her and grabbed her. She was scared." The friend added, "She was even willing to change her name to Tracey Murphy, and all the wedding invites and place cards had her labeled as such." A rep for Edmonds declined to comment, while a rep for Murphy said, "We won't comment any further on this.
