Anyone into/keeping up with it? I found the Ricky Gervais Show (cartoon) hilarious and so couldn't resist.
Karl reminds me of another round-headed buffoon (with similar hair
) who I have had the..."pleasure"...of travelling with in the past. Completely uneducated about the world and with such a narrow perspective on anything outside his comfort zone it's laughable. Every time I see Karl I see this guy and it's scary to know that tourists like this actually do exist.
The cinematography is frequently breathtaking and it's a unique - admittedly, unconventional - window into other cultures/countries with a good helping of laughs along the way. I'm liking it so far
