I loooooooooooooove that Kate won both awards - that is freaking awesome. Otherwise it seems too much like "well, we love kate, but we want so-and-so to win the big award, so let's give Kate the supporting award." This says "You know what? Screw it - Kate was the best in both categories, so she gets both."

Time to start, Sicy. I caught the first season right before season 2 aired. It won't be back on til July 2009, so you have time to catch up. Really good show (and I watch House).

Glad I wasn't the only one cringing at Drew Barrymore's hair. WTF? Bad Marilyn Monroe immitation if that's what you call it. And the blue eye shadow She was on one of the pre-shows with either Seacrest or O'dell or something (the one that looked like either a mermaid or egyptian princess or something) Drew's hair looked even bigger than it did later in the evening. She's gonna get slammed tomorrow.

I wish I could get DVD copies of all these movies & watch them at home. So many I want to see this year.

Odd that Milk wasn't up for best picture, no?
