Im currently a republican but I think Im turning to a
moderate or maybe even a democrat. Here's some of
my core beliefs;

1)Partial seperation of church and state.(I do think in
Bush's last christmas card "happy holidays"is actually
appropriate).
2) Pro life
3) against gay marriage.
4) I believe in strong environmental regulation.
5) Against amnesty for the most part.

...So maybe im just a moderate what do you guys think?

You have a right to your own beliefs, but I do know that you may get some arguments here.

Depends on how you weight the issues.

Over the past few years, my stance on issues has not changed, but the way I've prioritized them has really swung me in the other direction. For example, right now my biggest beef is not having socialized health care. Also, I am pro-life, but I don't think the goverment needs to be regulating birth control, so I my personal views on abortion don't weigh into how I vote. These two examples illustrate how I've moved from slightly right of center to a pretty solid democrat without really changing my mind on anything.

We have a primary today and it's straight-ticket or void, so I better make up my mind soon!...

you are in Texas,
stay GOP

this way you have an opportunity to vote for the more reasonable GOP candidate in the primaries

you can always vote for the "best" candidate in the General election

this is what I have been doing for several years, now.

I agree with Melon. Still a Republican.
You can't bend it, change it, hide it, disguise it...there's no way you can stretch that to "moderate."
