RE the warm water thing, I remember reading somewhere a while ago that it's easier for the body to absorb that (ice) cold water, so rehydrates you more effectively. ???? Who knows?

I think the key is to stay active.

Those are key, for sure.

I'll add a sense of humour and eternal curiosity to the list. I see both of these in my 96-year-old grandmother.

I haven't played it for a LONG time. However, I did so much back in the day that I would go to sleep and dream about it.
