This whole "North Korea" situation is getting very twitchy now, yet another missile test. I just don't trust Trump at all to do the right thing.

Trump has no morphed into a brew of his worst possible qualities and Clinton's worst possible qualities.

Unless Pence and Ryan go with him, Trump's being impeached will not greatly improve matters. We are dealing with a den of thieves and snakes.

True. But an impeachment will at least invalidate those that voted for him and severely weaken the party.

Alas, the STIGGINIT group inside that percentage of voters will never feel invalidated, only conspired against.

Very true, but there has always been and always will be delusion and/ or just indecent human beings. This cannot be changed. But I do feel there were plenty of decent middle of the road folks that were played by a con man, were able to look the other way due to loyalties or desperation. I think some will have their eyes opened. Those that voted for Trump are a minority in this country, those that blindly and vocally support him is even smaller. But admittedly much larger than any of us would like.

The Orangegorphorias of this country, and those that post along with him in that cesspool can never be saved. They are ideology over fact, skin color over fact, yesteryear over fact, and they will always be susceptible to the Con.

President Trump asked two of the nation’s top intelligence officials in March to help him push back against an FBI investigation into possible coordination between his campaign and the Russian government, according to current and former officials.

Trump made separate appeals to the director of national intelligence, Daniel Coats, and to Adm. Michael S. Rogers, the director of the National Security Agency, urging them to publicly deny the existence of any evidence of collusion during the 2016 election.

Coats and Rogers refused to comply with the requests, which they both deemed to be inappropriate, according to two current and two former officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private communications with the president.

Honestly...

Great speech on the removal of statues revering Confederate leaders:

And it immediately begs the questions: why there are no slave ship monuments, no prominent markers on public land to remember the lynchings or the slave blocks; nothing to remember this long chapter of our lives; the pain, the sacrifice, the shame … all of it happening on the soil of New Orleans.

So for those self-appointed defenders of history and the monuments, they are eerily silent on what amounts to this historical malfeasance, a lie by omission.
[...]
As President George W. Bush said at the dedication ceremony for the National Museum of African American History & Culture, “A great nation does not hide its history. It faces its flaws and corrects them.”
[...]
After the Civil War, these statues were a part of that terrorism as much as a burning cross on someone’s lawn; they were erected purposefully to send a strong message to all who walked in their shadows about who was still in charge in this city.
[...]
So relocating these Confederate monuments is not about taking something away from someone else. This is not about politics, this is not about blame or retaliation. This is not a naïve quest to solve all our problems at once.

This is, however, about showing the whole world that we as a city and as a people are able to acknowledge, understand, reconcile and, most importantly, choose a better future for ourselves, making straight what has been crooked and making right what was wrong.

So this Trump Budget is just one big FU to Liberals/Obama.

Cuts to Social Services, Education, Climate, Healthcare

Funding for Tax Cuts, Military

Won't pass.

Russia keeps looming though. Brennan basically saying there was contact, but wouldn't say the C word (Collusion)

Simply taking more money from the poor and giving it to the rich. Which particularly hurts women and minorities.

Capitalism kills.

It's the system we've got, and it's the system we're stuck with.

While Clinton most likely wouldn't have made huge sweeping changes, you can bet her budget wouldn't look even close to Trumps/GOP.
