For some it is, yes, others finfd it very difficult and can't quit without help.
I've heard several times that e.g. nicorette doesn't help, but there are things that really help you.

It's just wrong to say everybody could stop easily.

The harm of second hand smoke is exaggerated at times, and that was even proven by experts that are not paid by tobacco companies.

However, it isn't healthy as well, and it isn't fun at all being somewhere where the smoke is so thick you can't see, especially if your lung already gave up basically.

Luckily, now we got some laws making bars and discos smoke free. Thanks God (yes, I don't believe but I use such phrases frequently ), I don't have to leave in a hurry anymore.
