Basically, Robert McCartney was killed here outside a bar at the end of January by the IRA after some sort of brawl. Now, his sisters and his fiancee are fighting for his killers to give themselves up. They are mounting a huge campaign and have been to Washington to see GW Bush. They have said the IRA are putting pressure of eyewitnesses and not allowing them to give eveidence but after two long meetings with them they expelled some members. Sinn Fein members were also in the bar that night which makes it look even worse. Sadly, this story would not have been given much thought if these sisters hadn't done this. They are really doing something unprecedented here.
