you miss the point.

it is just a money merry-go-round


all that money goes directly to defense contractors, *private sector* contractors like haliburton, becthal, that recirculate it back to the Administration in contributions.

That other list are people that really don't contribute or even vote for the *right* people.

Yes, it's not a matter of money, it is a matter of priorities maybe we need organisations who bribe - erm do lobbying for scholarships
